Our App accesses your Google Drive and other cloud services data solely for the purpose of opening and displaying presentation files, such as PowerPoint, PDF, or Keynote files. We do this to provide you with our services, allowing for the display and slideshow of presentations on your device.

The information accessed is used exclusively for facilitating the display of your presentation files within our App. Presentations may be cached locally on your device to improve performance and user experience. Additionally, for the purpose of converting presentations into the PDF format, files may be transferred to a cloud service. This conversion process occurs entirely in memory; the data is never written to storage and is not retained by the service.

Data cached locally on your device is managed by the App and can be cleared by the user at any time through the App's settings. Transferred data for conversion to PDF format is not stored or retained by the cloud service; it is processed in memory and immediately discarded after the conversion process completes.

We employ HTTPS encryption for all data transfers to ensure the protection of your data. Authentication within the App is securely encrypted to safeguard your information from unauthorized access.

Snapwood Apps, LLC does not collect any personal data on users through the App. All data accessed and processed by the App is solely for the purpose of providing the service offered by the App.
